Bangalay Dining is helping put the South Coast on the dining map by welcoming 5 of the region’s best upcoming young chefs for a premier dinner event. Each chef will be paying homage to local produce by plating up one snack and one course; bringing their unique skill sets, diversity and range of flavours to the night.
