Corporate Offsite at Bangalay

Functions & Events

Bangalay Luxury Villas provides a relaxed and authentic  backdrop to inspire and motivate your next corporate offsite event.

Reward, motivate and inspire your colleagues with a corporate offsite at Bangalay Luxury Villas.

An easy two hour drive south of Sydney, and a picturesque three hour country drive from Canberra, Bangalay is an ideal destination for busy corporate schedules and loaded itineraries. Close enough, yet a world away, providing the distance and space for inducing clarity and creative thinking.

Stay in luxurious surroundings among nature.  Our villas can comfortably accommodate 58 guests across the resort, and our setting includes an onsite restaurant BANGALAY DINING, as well as beautifully landscaped gardens, a gift shop and pool overlooking the neighbouring golf course.  Our villas can be set up for boardroom or informal meetings, and for larger groups BANGALAY DINING is perfect for working lunches, larger scale meetings, networking events and private corporate  conferences and events.

Build strong, personal connections over shared experiences during your stay at Bangalay. Form teams and play a friendly round of golf next door at Shoalhaven Heads Golf Course.  For something a little different, a group horse ride along Seven Mile Beach, just footsteps from Bangalay provides participants with unforgettable memories and no doubt some great stories to tell by the fire in the evening.  Three award winning wineries are less than 10 minutes drive, all offering incredible views and unique cellar door experiences, and those with a sweet tooth will enjoy a tour of the Berry Treat Factory and adjacent Gelato Bar.  Bangalay is situated within minutes drive of these activities, allowing additional time for itinerary experiences.

For onsite experiences, Bangalay Dining offers delightful native ingredients in our coastal restaurant. Head Chef Brent Strong enlightens guests to the use of native ingredients with his inspiring Chef Talk. To truly get the most out of the experience, follow up with a six course tasting menu, where you can experience Brent’s completely unique native flavour profile.  Seven Mile Beach National Park offers bushwalks through the Bangalay Sand Forest, or your team can get salty with a surfing lesson with local instructors.

To unwind, indulge in a private in-room spa session with our experienced and trusted spa therapists. Walk the beach – all seven miles of it, or just lay by the pool… it’s up to you.
