Meet the Maker - A Night Behind the Bottle with Matt Atallah
Friday 18 September, 2026 | $175pp
For one night only, Bangalay Dining welcomes winemaker Matt Atallah to our table. Matt's family has been growing grapes for generations, and his own path has taken him from the Hunter Valley to the Yarra, McLaren Vale and the southern Rhône - before the cool, elevated slopes of Mt Canobolas in Orange finally gave him the site he'd been searching for. His small-batch, sustainably farmed wines are the result: textured, balanced, and full of story.
Bangalay Dining Executive Chef, Simon Furley, has curated a five-course menu to match, built around the South Coast's spring produce and paired glass by glass with Matt's wines. Matt will be at the table throughout the evening, sharing the stories behind each pour, with a tasting table and order forms available after dinner for anyone who falls in love with a bottle.
Five courses, five wines, one evening - seats are strictly limited.
$175pp (5-course menu + 5 x 100ml paired wines)
