‘Vitello Tonnato’ with green beans, capers, parmesan and crispy kipflers

Roast pork tenderloin with a pulled pork croquette, hand rolled macaroni cheese and grain mustard sauce

Baked fillet of snapper with Thai green curry mussels and a fish and potato samosa

Salted caramel tart with ginger ice cream and poached rhubarb
