The Berry Museum is a great place for those interested in local history, with an extensive collection of artefacts, memorabilia, photographs and records donated by the local community. The Museum documents the history of the area’s agricultural, dairying and timber industries. Guided and self-completing tours are available, and there’s a ‘please do touch room’ for children. Bookings are required for guided tours, groups of 10 or more people, and visits outside normal museum hours.
