Join us at Bangalay Dining for an evening celebrating the flavours of winter with Executive Chef Simon Furley.

Guided by his philosophy of conscious cooking, Simon presents contemporary, natural dishes that honour local ingredients, minimise waste and reflect the character of the South Coast.

The evening begins from 5pm with a pre-dinner drink and entertainment, followed by a thoughtfully curated five-course Winter Chef’s Selection Menu.

A seasonal dining experience designed to be savoured.
