“After being house-bound for months, people are looking forward to a change of scenery. We know our guests have been looking forward to finally ‘eating out’ again, so we have prepared different dining experiences to enjoy each day of their stay.”
Head Chef Brent Strong, together with his esteemed team have developed a native inspired rotating set menu that offers their guests variety for each day of their stay. Guests may expect to taste signature dishes such as the Spanner Crab with apple, fennel and blackened blood lime; and the Main Beef short rib with red cabbage, shitake and pepperberry, as well as winter warmers such as octopus with davidson plum and macadamia; and braised lamb shoulder with potato and herb sauce.
“Bangalay Dining is committed to providing high quality and unique food and wine experiences. As regional areas begin to open up again to visitors, Bangalay Dining’s offerings are responsive to social distancing and the knowledge that there is a heightened awareness of supporting local producers and providores, something which we have always had a focus for. Our new set menu provides an opportunity for our talented team to share their knowledge and delight our guests with some incredible flavours.”
