Bangalay Dining will be launching their new menu offerings from June 4 following the notice that regional travel will be permitted from June 1st and restaurants will be able to host up to 50 people. Through the Covid closures Bangalay Dining has offered a takeaway menu based on their former bar menu which has proven very popular with local diners. With regional visitation and increased restaurant capacity permitted Bangalay Dining is thrilled to be able to once again extend their offerings to include table service and a range of new dining experiences.

Bangalay Dining oyster experience $90 pp 45-60 min 2 pax
The Shoalhaven River the first estuary South of Sydney where Sydney Rock Oysters are harvested, with the local Shoalhaven Heads Zealand Family being some of the first to commercially farm oysters in the region. Sample NSW South Coast Oysters prepared by Bangalay Dining Chefs in different ways with accoutrements which highlight the flavour profiles of the oysters. Each Oyster is paired to a local wine or spirit creating a tasting experience celebrating the best of the South Coast’s producers.

Native ingredient talk with canapes, wine, spirit and cocktail pairing $90 pp 45-60 min 2 pax
Australian Native ingredients are a key focus at Bangalay Dining, this experience provides our guests with the opportunity to be guided through the raw native ingredients with explanations on how they are grown, harvested and prepared. Bangalay Dining chef’s specially prepare canapes for tasting with paired wines, native infused spirits and inspired cocktails.

Gourmet picnic hampers $150 ea
Bangalay Dining Gourmet Picnic Hamper is the perfect option for people looking to set out and explore some of the surrounds, let our team give you the locals insights into some of the most secluded and beautiful Jervis Bay picnic spots.

Delivered to villa early afternoon to be enjoyed at guests leisure in the evening, our villas are fully self contained with full kitchen. Dinners are designed to be able to be warmed in the oven for serving.

The Bangalay Dining Kiosk menu provide an ideal grab and go style service from 8-12 daily. Enjoy Allpress coffee, Bacon and Egg rolls made with Kangaroo Valley Pasture eggs, local cured bacon from Mountainside Meats and house made chutney, bagels, french toast and house made granola, fruit and yogurt with a selection of baked goods. An ideal place to visit after a walk along the pristine 7 Mile Beach
