Bangalay Dining’s Head Chef Brent Strong and team are delighted to host Nicole and James of Rowlee Wines from Orange for two exclusive Bangalay Dining and Rowlee Wines pairing events held over two nights August 28 – 29 2019.

Nicole and James have selected several wines to feature for the event, with Bangalay Dining Head Chef Brent Strong creating a thoughtfully considered 6 course degustation menu around the characteristics of the featured Rowlee wines.

Bangalay Dining and Rowlee Wines share a passion for sustainability and minimal intervention, working with the seasons to offer the best possible quality.

All Rowlee Wines are harvested by hand and crafted in small batches with all varieties produced on the estate, a eight hectare vineyard situated in ancient volcanic soils, set in the foothills of Mount Canobolas. At 950 metres above sea level the vineyard is exposed to the cool climate and unique topography of the Orange Wine Region.

Guests at the event will have the shared experience to hear firsthand from Brent, Nicole and James, getting to know the producers, ingredients and process behind the offering through personal interactions in a relaxed, intimate setting.

Tickets to this experiential dining event are $150 per person.

Stay and Dine packages are available from $600 per couple. Stay and Dine package includes two tickets to the winemaker event, one night in a garden view villa at Bangalay Luxury Villas and breakfast for two at Bangalay Dining.
