BANGALAY DINING DINNER SERIES

Brent Strong, Head Chef at Bangalay Dining together with Doug Innes-Will, Executive Chef of QAGOMA – Queensland Art Gallery and Gallery of Modern Art welcome you to come and experience a truly unique dining experience this July at Bangalay Dining on the South Coast.

Enjoy a 6 course gastronomical journey, featuring a mouth-watering menu dreamed up by the passionate and talented duo.

 

Strong’s skill, unwavering passion and attention to detail under the guidance of renowned local Chef Dave Campbell assisted him in rising through the ranks in a notoriously difficult industry. Earning a scholarship which landed him in highly regarded Restaurant Orana in Adelaide, Brent’s passion for sustainable, native ingredients ignited. Following his stint at Orana, Strong secured a scholarship with Danish Michelin starred restaurant Relae in Copenhagen, gaining first hand experience with some of the world’s top Chefs before returning to the Shoalhaven and taking on the role of Head Chef at Bangalay Dining.

 

Innes-Will commenced his career as a Chef in the Shoalhaven. The hardworking, driven Chef has carved a name for himself in the industry over the years, chasing challenging and rewarding positions at establishments including Paperbark Camp, Biota Dining, Hungry Duck, Spicers Peak Lodge- where he was twice hatted, and Hamilton Island’s prestigious Qualia Resort. Drawn to the iconic and creative opportunity QAGOMA provided, Innes-Will joined the renowned Queensland locale as Executive Chef in May 2018.

 

DINNER SERIES DATES

 

  • Wednesday 17th July – Private dining event 6pm $190 per head includes paired wines
  • Thursday 18th July – Private dining event 6pm $190 per head includes paired wines
  • Friday 19th – Lunch Sittings: 12pm, 12:30pm, 1pm, 1:30pm, 2pm (3 course $85, with paired wines $120)
  • Friday 19th – Dinner Sittings: 6:00pm, 6:30pm, 7:00pm, 7:30pm, 8:00pm $170 per person includes paired wines

Places are limited for each session and early booking is advised. Diners can complete the experience with a stay at the stylishly appointed luxury golf front and garden view villas which are also located in the complex.
