At Bangalay Luxury Villas our focus is on using local and seasonal produce to create unique and exceptional dining experiences for our guests.  

We are seeking an experienced Chef to join the Food and Beverage team and oversee the kitchen, and all food and beverage operations that include the restaurant, bar, in room dining, mini bar, corporate events and weddings. 

As a talented professional you will be multi skilled, passionate about food, have a creative flair and a thorough understanding of kitchen, restaurant and resort operations. 

Located at Shoalhaven Heads, Bangalay Luxury Villas resort is situated under a canopy of palms and a magnificent towering blackbutt tree.  Shoalhaven Heads and the South Coast is rich has a rich variety of activities and is a popular destination for holidays, weddings and corporate events. 

The successful applicant will have strong leadership experience, be proficient in designing menus and managing food and wage costs that are aligned with financial budgets.  You work well under pressure and above all have excellent communication skills to ensure all departments are fully informed and up to date with menus and upcoming bookings.
