Imagine a 10 courses degustation with a difference. As you wander along the picturesque 10km bushland trail in beautiful Kangaroo Valley. Your taste buds will be taken on a journey from the Southern Highlands, through the Shoalhaven and to the South Coast of NSW region – it’s about immersing yourself into your surroundings and engaging with nature.
Our region offers a diverse range of produce, from foraged indigenous spices, sustainably reared animals to fresh seafood and small batch artisan products. The Highland Valley Forage brings together exceptional chefs from the region to showcase a unique way to explore Australia.
