An opportunity exists for a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to join Thomas Chiumento and Simon Evans (ex Caveau 1 hatted restaurant in Wollongong) at Bangalay Luxury Villas in creating wonderful dishes inspired by local and seasonal products. We are looking for a team member who is passionate about food, has a creative flair and is looking to build their career in the hospitality industry.
Located at Shoalhaven Heads, Bangalay Luxury Villas resort is situated under a canopy of palms and a magnificent towering blackbutt tree. Bangalay Villas provides gourmet dining experiences for guests dining in our restaurant as well as in room dining, corporate events and weddings.
The ideal candidate will be a pro-active individual that brings their knowledge and experience to the team while continuing to develop their current skills. Working as part of a small close knit team, you will be customer focussed, have a ‘can do’ attitude’ and dedicated to providing a memorable dining experience for our guests.
